Delivery policy

How much does delivery cost?

All UK mainland orders for catalogue products are delivered FREE of charge.

The foam postage costs are calculated during the order. You are welcome to pick up your ordered foam from our workshop in Blackpool during opening hours.

Delivery time

- For foam orders your order will be with you within the week.

- For contract catalogue products this will depend on the amount of bespoke work required on the furniture. Our sales team are happy to discuss your requirements before you place your order.

- For domestic furniture we aim to dispatch your newly built furniture approximatly 2-4 weeks from your order. See the product page for more details.

For Memory foam mattresses we will dispatch your new mattress within 48 hours.

Who will deliver my goods?

Your order will be shipped using nationally recognised couriers. The courier will require a signature on delivery.

Can I have items delivered to a different address than that associated with my credit card or payment method?

Yes, to make life easier, especially if you are working, we also offer you the opportunity to have your order delivered to an address other than that of the cardholder. Please specify at the time of ordering.

Can I order goods from outside the UK?

Sorry. UK orders only.

Returns policy

J W Ham will gladly replace any incorrectly supplied foam.

In the case of our memory foam products, by law in UK we can only sell new products because of hygienic concerns, this means we cannot accept any returns.

J W Ham only supply new products to our customers.

Note: we are unable to exchange or refund foam cut to order and items that are not damaged, defective or incorrect.

Foam has a "new foam" fragrance. This fragrance can take from six to nine weeks to dissipate. Various types of foams have different fragrances and their intensity varies also.

Variances in colour are intrinsic to foam production and do not affect the quality of the product.

The EU Distance Selling Directive now forms a part of UK law, courtesy of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. Our customers acknowledge and accept that our products and services are of a 'customised' nature and as such the regulations do not apply. All return postage is the responsibility of the customer. Postage is not refundable.
